Scotch Corner Limited ship goods from Scotland direct to your home.

We offer a number of shipping options for both domestic and international customers. You can select a shipping method, once you have placed your selected fragrances into your shopping basket, that provides the right combination of price and speed to meet your needs.

UK DELIVERIES
For Deliveries in the UK your goods are forwarded by First Class Parcel Post, from the Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For International Deliveries goods are forwarded by by Airmail, from the Royal Mail or by Federal Express.
Typically items are delivered within 3 days from posting to destinations within the EEC.
Other European destinations can typically take 5-7 days from posting.
Deliveries to the USA typically take 6 days from posting
Deliveries to other international destinations typically take up to 8 days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The delivery times shown above reflect the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your door. Due to the nature of some of the items available through Scotch Corner, some items being available in limited edition or made to order, it is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items. For Express Delivery, where delivery is expected to take in excess of 28 days, you will be advised by e-mail and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order. Scotch Corner can take no responsibilty for delays caused during shipping, once the goods have left our warehouse.

Over the festive season last year some of our clients reported significant increases in the usual delivery times of goods via the Royal Mail, Parcel Force and many delivery companies. This was felt to be due to the large, and largely unexpected, volume of additional packages due for delivery caused in part by the increase in on-line shopping for Christmas presents. It is expected that the volume of parcels for delivery will be the same or greater than during 1999 and while delays of this type are entirely out of our control we would recommend that orders are placed well in advance if delivery is required by Christmas. If you are unsure, please e-mail in advance and we will try to help. Our current advice is that the last shipping dates for UK is 15th December, for Europe 14th December and beyond Europe 7th December. We trust that this information is of value in helping you to plan your festive giving and to avoid disappointment.

CUSTOMS
All goods supplied to European Union Countries do not need a customs declaration. VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% will be added, where appropriate, to your total bill at the store checkout.
All international packages are marked as Small Packet and the goods are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

GOODS RETURN POLICY
1) You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within three days of having received your order for a full cash refund.
2) All goods returned are at the senders expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is a result of our error.
3) Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.
4) Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
5) If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to:
